These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of ukekey.co.uk (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Patricia Garside trading as Ukekey. This Site is an ecommerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual Property
All original product designs, 3D models, digital layout vectors, artwork, images, and text on this website and within our physical products are the exclusive intellectual property of Patricia Garside, trading as Ukekey®. Ukekey® and the Ukekey logo are registered trademarks. Purchasing a physical product grants the buyer a personal-use licence only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, 3D scanning, replicating, or creating derivative moulds of our physical items or designs for any commercial purpose.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Ukekey and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Acceptable Use
As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:
Violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party to the Site;
Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent;
To extract data, product images, product descriptions, 3D printing configurations, design
details using any automated systems, robot, spider, or scraper (known as "data
scraping");
Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious or technologically harmful
software code to our website platform.;
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, or the server on which our site is
stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website; or
To frame our website, mirror our original designs, or copy our brand layout into any
third-party marketplace without written permission.
If we believe you are using our Site illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Site. We also reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our Site.
Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.The following goods are available on our Site
· 3D printed items (including PLA and PETG plastics; and
· Laser engraved items (including wood, canvas and metal business cards)
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible.
Material and Manufacturing Variances:
You acknowledge that our products are individually 3D printed and/or laser engraved. Due to the nature of these manufacturing processes, minor variations in colour, surface texture, layer lines (for 3D printed items), and natural grains, knots, or markings (in wood) are normal, expected characteristics. These unique variations conform to the contract and do not constitute product defects or misdescriptions.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
Credit Card;
Direct Debit;
Apple Pay; and
Google Pay.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the
following methods:
· Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard Delivery); or
· Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express Delivery).
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that dispatch and delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays. In accordance with UK consumer law, unless a specific longer delay is agreed upon, all goods will be delivered within 30 days of your order confirmation date.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
Risk of Loss and Delivery Address:
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with us until the goods are delivered into your physical possession or left in a safe place/with a neighbour you have explicitly authorised.
However, you are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the full name of the recipient. We are not liable for the successful delivery of your goods if they are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address as a direct result of you providing us with inaccurate, incomplete, or flawed address information.
Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will end 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods. If your items from a single order are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days from the delivery of the final item.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

You may use a copy of the Form, found at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of Cancellation & Returns
If you cancel this contract, and goods have already been sent to you, then you must return the goods to us as soon as possible after informing us of your decision to cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the goods that occurs before they are returned to us, including while the goods are in transit.
If you cancel your contract with us, we will reimburse to you all payments we received from you under the contract, including the costs of delivery, except for any supplementary delivery charges resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery that we offer. Please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your reimbursement to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods that was caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will provide the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than the earlier of 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied or 14 days after you provide proof that you have returned the goods. If no goods were supplied, then we will provide the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we were informed of your decision to cancel.
We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
This right to cancel and to reimbursement is not affected by any return or refund policy we may have.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to any custom-made or personalized goods. While our standard store items are not personalized, any items explicitly marked or commissioned as bespoke or custom-made cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or any other mandatory consumer protection legislation in the United Kingdom applies and cannot be lawfully excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your statutory legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Except as explicitly required by law, Ukekey (and Patricia Garside trading as Ukekey) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through the site.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for;
Death or personal injury resulting from our negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
Any matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful to exclude or attempt to exclude liability.
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or inconnection with any product purchased from this Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the total price paid by you for that specific product.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Ukekey and Patricia Garside from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly out of your misuse of our Site, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any third-party intellectual property rights.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle such dispute.
Additional Terms
Amicable Resolution: In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of your order, you agree to contact us directly in writing at support@ukekey.co.uk before taking any formal legal action. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through direct discussion within thirty (30) days.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
