How do I track my order without an account?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately via the form below. Once an order has been handed to our shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to modify the delivery address.
How do I request a cancellation?
As long as the item has not been processed for shipping, you can request a cancellation by emailing us with your order number. Shipped items must go through our standard returns process.
What material do you use for your 3D printed products?
All of our 3D-printed items are crafted using premium PLA plastic, a bio-plastic made from renewable resources like cornstarch. To ensure peace of mind, we build our products using raw materials that have been independently tested and certified compliant with EN 71-3, the strict European chemical safety standard for material safety. While our prints are tough and chemically safe for everyday handling, please remember they are designed as adult accessories and collectables (14+), not toys.
