Shipping Rates & carrier

We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - Standard & Express.

Delivery days can occasionally occur due to peak seasonal volumes or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

How do I check the status of my order?

Ukekey is fully responsible for your order until it safely reaches your hands. If your item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, please email us immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can process a claim with the courier on your behalf.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been disatched.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time

Damaged and missing parcels

When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to populate on the Royal Mail website.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ukekey.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
